Title:  Empties to Fresh Kills
Description:  Conrail's BY-1 job based out of Bay Way leads a 19-car train of empty New York City trash containers with an ex-Erie Lackawanna SD45-2 to the Fresh Kills landfill on Staten Island. The train is running below high voltage utility lines that gives this short stretch of former Baltimore & Ohio track the appearance of an electrified railroad. Off in the distance the remains of the Gothals Bridge can be seen shrouded by the two modern replacements which will soon finally replace the original 80-year old span once and for all.
